Awe Well Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Awe Well ("Awe Well", "we", "us") is a small wellbeing app that gives you a daily prompt to notice awe and wonder, and lets you write or speak a short reflection. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you tap around the app. We do not use tracking technologies, and we show no ads.

How we use your information

Voice reflections

If you choose to speak a reflection, the speech-to-text transcription happens on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition. We do not record, upload, or store any audio. Only the resulting text, which you can edit before saving, becomes part of your reflection.

How prompts are generated, and the services we use

We rely on a few trusted services to run Awe Well:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will remove it.

The website waitlist

If you leave your email address on awe-well.com, we store it in our own database, along with your answer to the one-question quiz if you took it, and we use it for one thing: telling you about the launch. It is never sold, never shared, and never used for anything else. Email us at the address below any time and we will remove you from the list.

Children

Awe Well is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
