Awe Well, made by Awe Well, LLC, gives you one small invitation a day to
notice something worth noticing, and a quiet place to keep what you found.
If something isn't working, or you have a question or an idea, we'd like
to hear it.

Common questions

How do I change or turn off notifications? Open the app,
tap the gear on the Today screen, and adjust the daily reminder or the
"Somewhere new" nudges. You can also manage them in iPhone Settings under
Notifications.

How do I control location access? Both location features
are off by default and opt-in. Turn them on or off any time in the app's
Settings, or in iPhone Settings under Privacy & Security, then
Location Services.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are
handled by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then
Subscriptions, then Awe Well, then Cancel. You keep access through the
end of the period you paid for, and canceling inside your first free
week means you're never charged at all.

I subscribed, but the app doesn't show it. Usually a
new phone or a different Apple Account. In the app: gear icon, then
"Restore purchases" under Subscription. Make sure the phone is signed
in to the same Apple Account that subscribed. If it still doesn't take,
email us and we'll look on our end.

Can I get a refund? Refunds for App Store purchases
are decided by Apple, not by us. Ask at
reportaproblem.apple.com,
signed in with the Apple Account that paid. Apple usually answers
within a day or two.

How do I delete my account? In the app: gear icon, then
"Delete account" at the bottom. This permanently removes your account and
all your reflections. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll do
it for you.

Where is my data stored? See our
privacy policy for the full picture. The short
version: your reflections are stored securely, your location never is,
and nothing is sold or used for ads.
